1. The Heywire Service (NOT A LAW FIRM)

By using Heywire, you provide explicit permission for Heywire to represent you on your behalf. However, it is critical that you recognize the following:

Heywire AI is designed to assist you in organizing, documenting, and automating communication for personal or business disputes, but all decisions and the veracity of all claims remain your sole responsibility.

2. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is paramount. Here is how we handle your data:

• **AI Training:** We **do not** train our proprietary AI models on your personal data, campaign content, or evidence.
• **Data Deletion:** You have the right to request that your data be permanently deleted from our systems. Upon request, we will erase your account and all associated campaign data.

While we use advanced AI to process your claims, we recommend using a **pseudonym** or placeholder name when first drafting a campaign. You have the full ability to edit and add your specific personal details before sending the final campaign documents.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Heywire AI responsibly. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against abuse of our platform.

**Sexually Explicit Content:** You must not submit, generate, or send sexually explicit images or content through Heywire. Violation will result in immediate flagging, account suspension, and an automatic report to your local authorities.

**Harassment & Fraud Campaigns:** You must not use Heywire to create harassment campaigns or fraudulent campaigns. This includes campaigns launched with no evidence, no proof of wrongdoing, or initiated with malicious intent.

We reserve the right to pause, remove, or suspend any campaign, user, or account immediately and without notice for breaches of these terms or any form of abuse of Heywire AI.

4. Investigation Urgency & Wrongdoing

PEOPLE or BUSINESSES targeted wrongfully by a Heywire campaign can email **legal@heyjoy.app**.

We will pause the user's campaign and investigate the matter immediately and with extreme urgency. Heywire is committed to swift and severe penalties for wrongdoers who attempt to weaponize our platform.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We value user privacy, but we will cooperate with legal authorities when required by law. As a standard policy, we do not proactively share user information with law enforcement.

However, if we receive a valid legal subpoena or warrant, we will comply. In such events, we will communicate with the affected user first before disclosing any information, provided it is not legally prohibited.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or explicitly stated at the time of purchase, there are **no refunds** for Heywire AI services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heywire AI provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee the success of any campaign or dispute resolution outcome. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, the content you generate, or the actions you take based on Heywire AI outputs.
